Training your customers, partners and members
Product training reduces support tickets; partner certification grows your ecosystem; member education is often the reason people renew. Learnivo runs all three as first-class use cases: sell courses, enrol entitled groups, and certify people — in one system, under your brand.
Sell and deliver courses
- Course storefront — your catalogue with a checkout: authored courses, imported external content, or both. Storefront and checkout are on every plan; payment processing is Pro and above.
- Memberships, bundles and seat pools (Pro and above) — subscription access, packaged course sets, and corporate seat pools your customers allocate to their own staff.
- Training credits & vouchers (Pro and above) — pre-purchased credits redeemable against courses, for procurement-friendly purchasing.
- Coupons, instalments, invoices (Pro and above) — discounts, payment plans and tax-ready invoicing.
Educate, not just sell
- Learning paths — structured partner-certification programmes with prerequisites and drip release.
- Verifiable certificates and Open Badges — certified partners prove it to you and to their clients via public verification (every plan).
- Multi-tenant isolation — each customer's or member organisation's data stays strictly separate, with per-tenant branding (multi-tenancy).
- Content marketplace (Pro and above) — buy and sell course content with other providers on the platform.
The typical setup
- Author or import your courses; set pricing in the storefront.
- Configure how customers buy — direct checkout, memberships, seat pools or training credits.
- Structure certification as a learning path ending in assessment and certificate.
- Watch completion and revenue in analytics; issue verifiable certificates automatically.
Plan availability
- Course storefront, cart & checkout, order management, certificates and Open Badges — every plan, including Free
- Payment processing, coupons, memberships & bundles, seat pools, training credits, instalments, invoices, digital products, marketplace — Pro plans and above
Honest limits
Payment processing requires a connected payment provider on a Pro plan or above. Payouts and revenue share with external creators are configurable (Pro and above) but should be scoped with us before you promise terms to partners.
Questions people ask
Can customers' staff self-allocate from a seat pool?
Yes — corporate seat pools (Pro and above) let the purchasing organisation allocate its seats to its own people.
Can each customer organisation get its own branded portal?
Tenant branding and settings are per organisation, with data isolation enforced in the database. Full white-label is on the roadmap — we label it honestly.
Can partners prove certification to their own clients?
Yes — certificates and Open Badges carry public verification links anyone can check.
Can we mix free and paid content in one catalogue?
Yes — price per course; free courses sit alongside paid ones in the storefront.
