Live training: ILT and vILT sessions in one platform
Schedule live sessions — virtual or in-person — as lessons inside a course, so live training sits in the learner's programme next to the online content, not in a separate booking system.
What's included
- Scheduling — set up sessions with capacity, dates and timezone-aware times; learners enrol from the course and sessions sync to the learning calendar.
- Waitlists — full sessions fill a waitlist automatically and promote from it when seats free up.
- Attendance tracking — record who attended, and keep the record as compliance evidence.
- Recording, transcription and summaries — record sessions, get AI transcription, AI-generated summaries and key points, and extracted Q&A so people who missed it can catch up.
- Engagement during the session — live polls and breakout rooms.
- Logistics — book venues and equipment, and give cohorts a shared space with their materials.
How it works
- Add a live-session lesson to a course; schedule one or many occurrences with capacity.
- Learners enrol (or are enrolled); waitlisted learners queue automatically.
- Run the session — virtual or in-person; record it.
- Attendance, recordings, transcripts and summaries land against the lesson; completion counts toward the course.
Plan availability
- Scheduling, virtual & in-person sessions, attendance tracking, live polls & breakout rooms, calendar sync — every plan, including Free
- Session capacity — 30 (Free), 100 (Pro), 250 (Max), unlimited (Enterprise)
- Waitlists, session recording & AI transcription, AI summaries, Q&A extraction, venue & equipment booking, cohort spaces — Pro plans and above
Honest limits
Recording requires the session host to actually record — Learnivo can't capture a call it isn't hosting. Transcription and summaries are automatic but worth a human skim before they're shared widely.
Questions people ask
Can live sessions count toward course completion?
Yes — a live session is a lesson type; attendance records the completion evidence.
Does Learnivo host the video call?
Sessions are run on your usual meeting platform; Learnivo handles scheduling, enrolment, capacity, attendance, recording storage, transcription and summaries.
Can we run multi-day in-person workshops?
Yes — sessions support multiple occurrences, venue and equipment booking, and cohort spaces for materials.
What about people in different time zones?
Scheduling is timezone-aware, and each learner sees session times in their own timezone.
